You already know what DHCP, NTP, SNMP and Syslog are for. This course configures them on Cisco IOS, in one small lab: R1 is the HQ edge router with users in VLAN 10 behind SW1, and R2 leads to a server site where SRV1 (192.168.20.10) runs the DHCP, Syslog, SNMP and file servers. The last lesson explains how QoS keeps voice clear when links are busy.
