RouteLearn.net is a free place for network tools, calculators, and simple lessons. It is made for network engineers, system admins, cybersecurity folks, IT students, and anyone else who works with networks.
A working network engineer builds and runs this site, one tool at a time. Each tool exists because it solved a real problem — maybe a subnet that had to be worked out at 2am, a DNS record that had to be checked in the middle of an outage, or an SPF record that had to be read carefully instead of guessed. No tool was added just to make the list longer. The courses (Network Fundamentals and CCNA) follow the same idea. Each topic is explained the way you would want someone to explain it to you — simply, and based on real use, not just textbook definitions.
Every tool and every article is free. No account, no payment — and that will not change. The site is built step by step, and getting things right matters more than adding lots of tools fast. A tool goes live only once it truly works (a real, live DNS lookup, a real, live SSL check) — never a fake version standing in for the real thing. If a tool is not ready yet, it is marked “Coming soon” instead of linking to it as if it worked.
Did you find something wrong? Do you want a new tool built? Or do you just want to say the DNS Lookup tool saved you twenty minutes? Email support@routelearn.net. Bug reports and corrections are looked at first — a networking tool that gives a wrong answer is worse than no tool at all.
